Do your espresso tampers fit all portafilter sizes?
Our tampers are available in various sizes, including the standard 58.5mm for E61 groups. Please check your specific espresso machine specifications before purchasing to ensure a perfect fit.
What is your return policy for coffee tools?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been in contact with coffee grounds.
Are Normcore products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all our coffee tools come with a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage from misuse.
